Within 30 days of registration and the course has not been started: refund minus 3% processing fee.

After 30 days of registration and you have not STARTED the course, we can offer you a 50% refund or a 75% coupon for any of SALMTEC’s courses.

SALMTEC’s refund policies for field training courses are specified on the course page.

Refunds credit the original payment method, regardless of whomever was registered

Once your refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
