ABWRET-A Field Training Course (S24)

$250.00 "plus GST"

‘Alberta Wetland Rapid Evaluation Tool’ Field Training is back by popular demand!

When: Monday May 27, 2024                                    Where: Southern Alberta

This full-day field training course examines wetland function indicators for hydrologic health, water quality, habitat and human use wetland function groups at three different locations in Southern Alberta (two in Calgary and one in Strathmore). The Wetland Policy’s ABWRET-A spreadsheet field forms are completed at three wetlands: swamp, shallow open water and marsh, through guided, group and individual activities.

This course makes a great companion to SALMTEC’s in-depth ABWRET-A Blended Course (online videos, quizzes, activities, interactive class, exam).
